The original owner of the fast growing Washworld and Lubeworld brands faced a unique challenge. Although the chain of carwashes and oil changes physically shared locations with each other, few people realized they were operated by the same company.
After conducting an in-depth communications audit, we made a number of key recommendations to better leverage marketing efforts between brands and increase overall revenue.
We then designed unified identities, developed the positioning line ‘Your Complete Car Care Centre’ and applied the new branded elements to existing and new sites.
After the successful rebranding and repositioning of Washworld/Lubeworld, the owner dreamed of selling only the very best pre-owned, low mileage vehicles and we were asked to create a completely new dealership experience from the ground up.
Over the course of two years, we developed all facets of Autoworld: from the name, identity, signage, interior design, marketing plan and website, through to the creation of the world’s first, fully automated 360° vehicle photography studio/delivery room.
