Redwood Plastics & Rubber asked us to develop a new name and communications tools to market their extremely durable, custom cast polyurethane products – which typically outlast original industrial equipment parts by up to 400%!
After helping develop the name ‘Epic Polymer’, we designed the main logo identity and created the tagline ‘Beyond Industrial Strength’ to communicate both the benefits of working with their top notch team and the extraordinary products they produced.
Redwood also wished to market a proprietary, unconventional construction material that offered many unique benefits. And after discussing a myriad of obstacles and opportunities they faced in an industry accustomed to working with steel – its firmly entrenched competitor – our main challenge was breaking through existing belief patterns.
Armed with the name ‘Argonium’, the positioning line ‘Smarter Than Steel’ and an intriguing suite of integrated marketing components, they introduced their product at the annual Mining Expo in Las Vegas and exceeded their lead generation expectations by over three hundred percent!
